Our Tournament Was Designed To:
- Encourage Active Aging – Boost cardiovascular health and mobility in older adults
- Foster Family Participation – Strengthen intergenerational bonds
- Support Inclusivity – Create welcoming spaces for women, individuals with disabilities, and those living with neurological conditions
- Promote Social Inclusion – Reduce isolation through community connection and friendship
- Enhance Mental Well-being – Improve self-esteem and mental health through team-based sports
